As of today, Speaker Nancy Pelosi, the San Francisco Democrat, anticipates gains of 15 to 30 seats in the House. Sen. Harry Reid, whose partisanship grates even on many in his own party, may see his caucus expand in the Senate to a filibuster-proof majority where he can ignore Republican dissent.

I don't think Obama will win, but if Obamanazi, the Meglobamaniac, wins, accept that God is allowing our country to become an Obamanation. After 50 million murders of unborn babies, maybe its time. Look for:
- Increase the rate of infanticide.
- Our enemies to be emboldened, resumption of terrorist attacks
- The spread and institutionalization of homosexuality
- Institutionalization of socialism and a resulting economic depression
- Resumption of the Fairness Doctrine and silencing of conservative talk, and escalation of thought control from kindergarten on up.

That's just for starters. Also look for a re-mobilization of Clintonista-era militia camps, a from of Buchana's "backlash", springing up in outlying areas all over the country, armed and ready for what could be a bloody civil war. Our country could disappear. We desperately need a spiritual revival.

Other than that, we’ll be OK.

How could any Catholic vote for BO. I am in a Catholic dominated country where abortion is illegal. every country I have visited/lived in with the C church dominating, abortion is illegal. I don’t agree with everything Buchanan says. Buchanan has always tended toward isolationism and that probably generated his criticisms of Bush and the “neo-cons”. I think however he has a good moral compass, is well read and well informed. I respect his thoughts and opinions although as I said I don’t always agree with him, and feel that they are well considered and knowledgeable. He also comes across as his own man with his own viewpoint - I’ve never seen him cater or “try to score points” with people.

I know, I've talked to many friends, they are terrified as I am. I know of some Jews who might defect to Israel or send their families there to be safe while others hide out in the hills. I'm sure they will be joined by many Christians, Buddhists, conservatives and so on as well. I know my Jewish ancestors suffered under the pogroms in Russia. As you put it, the militias and survivalists will make a comeback from the Carter and Clinton days and I expect it to get much bigger.

Sadly, I hate to bring this up but you might see a resurgence in groups like the Klan. It's like in Star Wars where Master Yoda said, "fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate, and hate leads to more suffering." There are people out there that have become so jaded after being screwed out of a job by affirmative action, the increase in welfare and far left liberalism that a BO Presidency and the characteristics thereof would push them over the edge. I know this is a touchy topic but if we don't bring it to the table and dicuss our way out of trouble, who will? All it will do is keep on brewing until something blows up. I think this could set back race relations in society at large back to the 1930's in some cases.

I'll be honest, there are times I have days I feel this way, I remember after my parents divorced in 1976, Mom had to work. She could have been hired at a great job with the Port Authority here in the Pittsburgh area. The interviewer told her she was highly qualified and would hire her, but the next position had to go to a minority. She should have sued, even if she lost, at least we tried and did the right thing. I usually calm down after that but seeing the way things are going, it is getting harder. If the BO liberals keep pushing, they will create a monster.

The only other way is to follow Dr. Walter Williams example and cut the lefties loose to have their own nation and we have ours, I don't like it but we are at a point to in order to save the country, we will have to practice triage and write some parts off for future rebuilding once the libs blow everythig up.

Our country could disappear. We desperately need a spiritual revival.

To the revival, I'll drink to that.
