Colin Powell has put race ahead of not only common sense, but also his military training and what little love he held for America. He has lost any respect that we once held for him. I blame Powell for not completing the job in the first Iraq war—if he had done his job correctly, we would not be there again now.

Yeah, this is another reason I believe Mccain will do great in the polls. I believe he will have alot of closet voters. People who won’t dare publicly say that they want Mccain because they fear the wrath of the bo campaign and democrats.

Condi Rice is for Obama. She has had nothing but praise for him and has chosen not to endorse McCain. Hopefully Bush can convince her not to endorse Obama but if were entirely up to her I am fairly confident she would
Well, the Left hated his gutts when he served under Bush I and Bush II, so now they have to swallow it up.
Powell was never a conservative or a Republican. He was also coy on those questions for a reason - he’s a DC insider who tilts whichever way the wind blows. He is a political animal he chose the most comfortable route to power.
She's still active in a running administration. Colin Powell is not.
