First, the ballots are sequestered, don’t get counted until everything else is counted, and then they are checked in other ways. Second, it is entirely likely the issue was the timeframe, not the question of validation. We’ll see.

2004 Ohio was decided by about 118,000 votes. There was a report earlier this week that 200,000 registrations from ACORN were questionable. Didn’t notice if those had absentee and early votes attached to them or not, but that’s the situation.

The whole court or just Stevens? I didn’t think it was in front of the whole court yet. The Ohio GOP needs to get a stay on those ballots being separated from the questionable registrations! People, it sounds like it’s time to take up the pitchforks and march on the Ohio SoS office. This election is being stolen under color of law.
