Nine of the 16 members of the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals concurred with an opinion that upheld a lower court's ruling in the lawsuit filed by the Ohio Republican Party against Brunner.

Imagine that.
The RATs have to prove they’re not registering illegals, children, businesses, sports team lineups, and the dead.
Of course, that still doesn’t address the problem of people having two residences in different states who can and will vote in all those states in which they can demonstrate residency.
As the old DemocRAT ward boss used to say, “Vote early, and vote often.”
It boggles my mind that common sense and job duties of the State require a lawsuit to get properly performed. I NEVER remember hearing about this stuff as a kid and I am only 44.
I wonder if this will extend to other states? The Dem governor in our state has prevented the various counties from checking the voter rolls against the drivers’ license database as per the federal rules. And we have been overrun by ACORN.

The democrats have already started overplaying their hand:

- ACORN putting themselves on TV (first time ever)

- AFL-CIO planning that End Of Secret Ballot paries
Remember that the best thing that happened to Conservatives since Reagan got elected was the overthrow of the socialists in Congress by Newt and the Revolution. And Americans, especially those beloved ‘independents’, love divided government.
So we are going to be lined up for 2010 and 2012. In 2010 and 2012 the democrats are going to be defending twice as many Senate seats as the GOP. They will be defending weak freshman who voted with the liberal mob and followed Harry Reid and The Messiah right off the cliff.
The papertrail on Obama is going to be extensive as to what was done in the last year to get him into office. And we’ve only had a few months to really start digging into his marxist. It will start to crystallize that he was NOT what he promised to be and we’ll light him up over everything and make his flunkies in Congress pay the price for following him.
If we’re lucky, we take it back in 2012 along with most of the Senate and a majority in the House. And this time we know better than to get into a spending race with liberals. The Federal Debt is so incredibly high right now that there will be a race to cut spending to keep the government from collapsing. That is a race we WANT to have with those idiots.
We get to gut the ACORN flunkies. We burn their future operations and make those ‘community organizers’ toxic commodities. We do what John McCain has been unwilling to do: Make liberal criminals famous.
We can’t wait for 2012. We have to make gains in the 2010 midterms, particularly in the Senate, to stop this radical agenda... how do our electoral chances look in 2010? Which senators might be vulnerable?

with the economy the way it is, that is the perfect message to send out. He is appealing to the peoples jealousy and resentment. it will get the effect he wants.
