TD Foreword: Those who have followed this blog know that our working assumption has been that Barack Obama was born in Hawaii. We have asserted that Obama’s legal name and citizenship changed when he was adopted by Lolo Soetoro, and that the birth certificate image published on Obama’s campaign website does not reflect current records. You can read the previous articles referenced at the end of this post to catch up on our analysis.
We now wonder if our assumption about Obama’s birth place was wrong.
I have received an unverified tip that certified copies of a Kenyan Birth Certificate (BC) for Obama were sent from Kenya, and have been received by three separate individuals. I am told that these documents are certified, with an embossed seal, and display the name of the hospital where Obama was born, as well as witness signatures.

They need to put up the proof or just STFU about it already.
I really don’t think it would matter if it’s proven he was born in Kenya. Especially with McCain and Bush probably saying it doesn’t matter.
The Democrats don’t care if he was born on Pluto and arrived on the mother ship! We conservatives could not stop fannie/freddi with congressional hearings,,, this is nothing compared.
Well they better go nuclear with it now or fold.
I am tired of hearing about it and it is probably a lot of wasted time and energy that could be better spent elsewhere to defeat the messiah.
I am not convinced it wasn’t bait set by Obama to begin with anyways.

This would all be over if Obama’s opponent would simply ask in the next debate, “Senator, why don’t we get rid of all the distractions in this campaign? You can do that by presenting your birth certificate.”
It should be, if only for the fact that Obama's attorneys elected to file a Motion to Dismiss on the very last day to answer the complaint, instead of simply presenting Obama's COLB to the court.
This move by Obama's attorneys is damning, and is, of itself, a tacit admission that they cannot prove that Obama is indeed a "natural born" US citizen, and cannot, therefore, assume the office of President of the United States.
I agree....for what it’s worth. The courts need to settle this now....not later.

This election, IMO, should be categorized as a “NATIONAL DISGRACE!” You can bet our forefathers are turning in their graves in disgust and anger.
Since the MSM will not break this story, when will the proof be sent to Rush, Hannity, Hedgecock, Coulter, Malkin, Reagan, etc.??? Obviously, the DOJ won’t do anything about this breach of the Constitution requiring citizenship for the President, illegal contributions, voter fraud and the truth MUST be shown to the American people before this election is stolen by domestic terrorists.
