Look the Constitution is very very clear what defines treason. First you must have a declared war! You must be giving aid & comfort to an enemy in a declared war.
The Founding Fathers purposely made a charge of treason relatively difficult.
The Consitutional definition of treason

President Bush should quickly pardon him for any potential violations of the Logan Act. Just thinking outside the box. Then we can spend the next week fighting over whether the pardon was warranted or not. Get them off message.
