Obama, Machete Thugs, Raila Odinga -- will Obama call for riots if he loses?
October 7, 2008 | Vanity

Posted on 10/07/2008 7:43:18 PM PDT by topher

With the recent episode [and problems] of Jerome Corsi in Kenya, one is reminded of how Obama campaigned for his cousin Raila Odinga for election in 2006.

When Raila Odinga LOST THE ELECTION, he called for riots in Kenya.

The victors of the election eventually gave in to Raila Odinga -- to prevent the bloodshed that was covering the country of Kenya as machete followers of Raila Odinga decided to try to convince people -- using their machetes -- against the opposition.

One must wonder what Obama will do if he loses the election.

Will he play the race card, and claim he was swindled by the system? Will he light up cities across the country as they were once were in the 1960's (Watts riots, etc)?

But it may even be WORSE if Obama is elected president. Since he is influenced directly by Communists (his Muslim cousin in Kenya or Bill Ayers or any of a number of people...), this should be a grave concern to all Americans...

Having seen what happened in Nazi Germany from documentaries, books and movies, it is clear that such dictators must be fought tooth and nail. Certainly it is clear that Africa has its fair share of dictators and violence these days (Zimbabwe is a prime example, in the 1990's, Rwanda was yet another example).

Some of the rhetoric aimed at Sarah Palin is quite alarming -- such as a one feminist claiming that Sarah might be gang raped by African American men...

Certainly, there is no shortage of threats and intimidation coming from supporters of Obama.

One question is what will Obama do if he loses the election? Will he try to control angry mobs and prevent looting and bloodshed or will he condone such action.

With some of the criminal investigations going on with the Obama campaign (investigation into campaign contributions by the FEC and the recent raid on an ACORN headquarters in Nevada), it is unclear what might happen if Obama loses.

It is also unclear what might happen if Obama wins...

Did you see the Youtube?

Add to that Obama’s planned mandatory citizen army or whatever the hell he calls it and it stinks of nothing less than 1930’s Germany.

I saw on another board ... “You’ll know soon enough.”

Got a link for that? Your post is really rattling 'round my brain.

There won’t be any riots. Too much to lose...and not enough support in the black community. Maybe a few gangbangers getting frisky, but that is it.

My occasionally paranoid brain just twitched on your post.

Riots, per se, are pointless. Lots of anger vented, lots of damage, emotions & fires burn out, cleanup ensues, status quo resumed.

How could post-election riots be used as a tool by those deliberately instigating them?

First thought: by drawing out those who would oppose the instigators. Those fond of “bring it” chest-thumping would race to the streets, stopping some expendible “we’re angry” martyrs. A few cycles of this, and these agressively patriotic types can thus be identified and permanently put away. Those sympathetic but not quite so enthusiastic are given pause to follow in those footsteps, not so keen on opposing the messiah.

Political rioting, alone, does little. Yeah, it might scare the legislature into momentary compliance - but the passions on both sides fade quickly, leaving only the status quo stained by ill will. Consider not those directly involved, but those who observe the tactics and bend those to strategy.

We’ve seen an awful lot of historical parallels to BHO’s strategy and iconography. Consider what’s next on that timeline - Kristalnacht, as I recall.

Perhaps the opposite: certain influential individuals/groups have too much to lose to not invoke riots. They're in their political prime, the opposition is weak, and now is their best time. Whether BHO wins or loses*, there won't be such ideal (to them) social strains & excuses for another 12+ years. For a subculture grown from protests & riots, their time to bloom is now - or fade forever. Career, and life, is finite; the powerful '60s-era Left is aging and see the end of their reign, and know that they must achieve their goals now or never.

The modern Left is built on a protest/riot core. They can't NOT use that to maximum effect now, because that's what they are, what they do, and there is no better day for it than November 5 2008.

* - Win: re-election in 4 years, won or lost, is a relatively non-controversial process; assuming an 8-year reign, his banner will not be rallied 'round so enthusiastically out of dull familiarity. Loss: McCain serves out 4 years, Palin follows for 8, the Left can't push a "minority" agenda against her.

I’m scaring myself with my own posts. The totality is coming on me in waves.

Guys, for the Left this is The Big One (TM). They MUST win, by any means possible, or their best hand is played out and shuffled back into the deck, not to be seen again for a very long time. A Nov 4 loss means that line of cooperation is over, and the violent breakdown & rebuilding of society becomes their only hope. Protests, unto riots, is the only next step they know - and they’ll take that as far as they can imagine. They will destroy the villiage to, in their eyes, save it.

Here is a good link about Obama and Odinga via an African news agency:

Senator Barack Obama in Kenya > Obama and Odinga: The True Story -- [via African Press International]

There is a Freerepublic article on this:

Obama campaigned for Kenyan who had objective of stopping government efforts to root out Al Queda

There won’t be any riots. Step back and look at the larger picture.

Riots would cost the demo party too much. It would be a long time until they were re-elected.

I did look at the larger picture, as noted in my posts.

The ‘60-s era Leftists are running out of personal time to inflict their agenda on the nation. Not long from now they will either retire, be retired, or expire. Hussein is their last great hope, their greatest realistic symbol, the culmination of their long-term plans; he may not be perfect, but he’s the best they’re ever going to have so long as they still have influence. As some years ago my aging mother noted: “once you reach 60 you realize that it’s now or never for your life goals.” Should Hussein fail them, POTUS ceases to be a path to their goals, and leaves the legislature merely an insufficient forum to bicker their way to nowhere in particular; cooperating with Constitutional means to their goals will end.

They’ve spent decades pushing toward the do-or-die, now-or-never culmination of their life’s and philosophy’s work on November 4th 2008. Win and the whole nation is subject to their idealism; lose and they (as individuals with finite lifespans) will never see such an opportunity, by Constitutional means, again.

The big picture? If BHO loses, the ‘60s Left loses, ultimate power via legislature/executive/judicial control is lost, and all that dismayed energy goes into the one thing that they grew from in the first place: extreme non-cooperation, to wit riots.

If BHO loses, it will be a long time until they are re-elected.

McC would be POTUS for 4 years. Sarah would most likely be the next POTUS, and do so for 8 years. That’s 12 years before any truly viable Dem candidate will run - and by then, most every ‘60s-era Leftist will be retired or expired. The demo party power elite won’t care about preserving that path to control; by plan or by rage, revolution will be the only path they see.

What I meant was that the same people will be rioting whether The One wins or loses.

Maybe riot is the wrong word...

Maybe the title should have been about concerns about violence, not riots... And I hope you are riot to think this is only redneck talk...

But in Oregon, there is the following:

Burning McCain campaign sign lands men in hot water [Oregon]

The two young men threw a Molotov cocktail at a McCain-Palin campaign sign.

That was just a campaign sign incident... And we still have a ways to go until the election is over, and one side or the other concedes.

I hope you are right...

Maybe I should have used the word violence...

There is the case of two using a Molotov cocktail on a McCain-Palin sign in Oregon.

That seems extreme to take out a McCain-Palin sign, and is almost sort of like shades of the KKK -- by burning the sign...

I pray we don't have any problems...

Meh. They would be no match for an average armed citizen. They’re fat kids dressing tough and acting stupid while demanding luxuries. They’re just wannabe thugs.
