"Discredited Republican voter-suppression guru Ken Blackwell is attacking Barack Obama with naked lies about his supposed connection to ACORN...
Ken Blackwell is best known today for disenfranchising Democratic voters in his dual role as Ohio Secretary of State and chair of George Bushs Ohio campaign in 2004. To see him shed crocodile tears for the integrity of the vote while making accusations about Barack and ACORN with absolutely no basis in fact is disturbing.
Blackwells attacks against ACORN and community organizers continue a vile Republican pattern of mockery and viciousness against this noble profession..."
From the top of the webpage: "What you won't hear from this campaign or this party is the kind of politics that uses religion as a wedge, and patriotism as a bludgeon -- that sees our opponents not as competitors to challenge, but enemies to demonize."" Barack Obama, June 3, 2008

Obama: "Fact: ACORN was not part of Project Vote, the successful voter registration drive Barack ran in 1992."
But elsewhere on another of Barack Obama's sites: (http://my.barackobama.com/page/community/post/samgrahamfelsen/gGC7zm)
Obama again: "Even before I was an elected official, when I ran Project Vote voter registration drive in Illinois, ACORN was smack dab in the middle of it, and we appreciate your work.
Oh, my, Mr. Cool seems to be LOSIN’ IT!
Obama ain’t fit to hold Ken Blackwell’s jock. Unlike Obama, Blackwell had many years of executive experience, both from being Mayor of Cincinnati up through his yeoman work in stopping mass-scale voter fraud by the rodent/media/ACORN political machine in 2004 as Secretary of State. One of the giants in Ohio politics in the last 100 years. You Barry, even if you manage to steal the Presidency, will merely be a pissant fluke, like Jimmy Carter. A giant office, one little man.
Ummm hmmm.
0be is a liar as his ads claim that McCain is against stem cell research when it is just the issue with fetal stem cell research.
Just Words?
I wonder if there’s any chance of a comeback for Blackwell. It’s hard to get over a drubbing.
Teaching young skulls full of mush to be anti American terrorists is a noble undertaking?
ACORN is the vehicle for voter fraud and radicalizing the minority population so they will blame everyone but themselves for their station in life.
There was mention of him pondering running for Congress this year (presumably against Jean Schmidt), but he opted not to. Frankly, I’d like to see him take out Sen. Rectal Itch in the 2010 primary.
Now there’s a derogatory nickname!
He’ll serve into his 80’s if he’s elected again.
What can I say ? Georgie inspired me with his insipidness, flakiness, and cowardice, as annoying as a rectal itch... Voinovich.
Kinda wonder what Obama would say about Sean Hannity’s America presentation last night about Obama’s radical connections. So far silence as far as it is concerned.
This little snippet alone from

shows Obama lies:
When Obama met with ACORN leaders in November, he reminded them of his history with ACORN and his beginnings in Illinois as a Project Vote organizer, a nonprofit focused on voter rights and education. Senator Obama said, “I come out of a grassroots organizing background. That’s what I did for three and half years before I went to law school. That’s the reason I moved to Chicago was to organize. So this is something that I know personally, the work you do, the importance of it. I’ve been fighting alongside ACORN on issues you care about my entire career. Even before I was an elected official, when I ran Project Vote voter registration drive in Illinois, ACORN was smack dab in the middle of it, and we appreciate your work.
He doesn’t really have much to defend himself. Even “Fight the Smears” - where he does not shy away from manipulation and even flat-out contradiction in order to exonerate himself - doesn’t have much to say about Ayers. One “smear” says: “The Swift Boaters are back with a TV ad that falsifies and exaggerates in order to tie Barack to William Ayers.” (http://fightthesmears.com/articles/11/nextswiftboat) But in defending himself, all he can say is that the attacks came from one of the Swift Boat Vets. That’s it. He has no actual defense when it comes to his association with Ayers.
