I really thought you would all enjoy this cartoon about the "objectivity" of tonight's debate moderator, Gwen Ifill:
what most baffles me is the fact the mccain team agreed to this person as moderator.
“And Senator Obama, may I get you a hot towel?”
LOL, that’s great.
If I remember correctly, she didn’t tell the committee about her book. So how could the McCain team know about the book before they agreed to have her moderate?
That about sums it up, doesn’t it?
She did not tell the Committee about the book.
Was it common knowledge in political circles that she was writing the book?
Given the obvious ongoing media bias, someone from the RNC or McCain camp should have been following this.
LOLOLOL!!!
The real danger here,,,,is that no matter how Ifill acts now,,,
the far-left (MSM) will now say that because of the controversy,,,,
Ifill had to 'go easy' on Gov. Palin!!
I guarantee that no matter what happens,,,,
the MSM consensus on Friday will now be that Ifill 'went too easy' on Gov. Palin.
I thought this was funny too

That’s true, they should have if it was common knowledge.
Oh, THAT’s what an Ifill is!
What a disappointment!
Yes! I love it. Only a bunch of wimps like the GOPer “experts” would have let something this atrocious happen. Sarah has been set up from all sides.
....”the McCain camp has had a mortal blow.”
Didn’t I here John on Fox this morning say...”it’s only a flesh wound”?
That’s great!
I've read reports that she's given at least one interview regarding the book. The McCain team really should have been able to find out about it. I don't think that I'll ever understand how or why they didn't.
I agree, Bob, they should have been able to find more information about her considering those reports. Another thing I just read about was her piece in Essence magazine. The McCain team should have objected to her based on that alone.
Don’t count Gov. Palin down and out yet. It would be more of a problem if this was a male moderator but I don’t think that Palin would have a problem ripping a strip off her.
