Vote for whom you wish, that’s how it’s supposed to work.

McCain just opened 50 CA offices so they think they can win there and they are investing to win. Your vote would help a lot.

I wrote in Alan Keyes, for our Nebraska primary, but was considering Patin, unfortunately, the top of the ticket just became too much. McCain has already promised Democrats in his cabinet. Ask G.W. if he even understands how that worked, e.g. Paulson, the “No Child Left Behind act, the Prescription Drug program, etc. If I wanted Democrats, I would vote for Democrats.

I voted for Keyes in the Pub primary in 2000. I live in Texas. W was going to win the Texas Pub nomination, regardless of how I voted. So I voted for the man that used to make sense.
I would not vote for him today, primary or election because he got off-message.
But I understand your position.
It won't affect the outcome, but it will send a message.
I want a conservative, that understands the Constitution, and the place that God, Man, and government should hold in a Free Republic.

I agree with your reasoning, but I suggest you go with Dr. Chuck Baldwin, the Constitution Party candidate. The reason is (A) they have similar pro-Constitution views (Keyes was the runner up in the nominations, if I recall, at the CP convention), and (B) the CP is more of an established party, so it makes more sense to boost them as a party than Keyes as an individual.

How you vote is up to you. However, in 2006 we had a lot
of people who didn’t vote because they wanted to send
a message. And we have the crap we are living in today
with Speaker Palosi, Harry Reid and all the rest of the
democrats who won. I sure hope all those people are
proud of the message they sent.

Wasn't Keyes the one that ran against O for the Senate and lost?
If memory serves, there was a lot of support for obomination on FR at the time. I never understood why exactly.
