It was very appropriate to boot her - the “gang rape” “joke” was somewhat offensive, but a comedian using this kind of humor has no business performing at an event involving a women’s shelter.

I’m guessing they were more upset because Bernhard said that her “Black brothers” would be doing the raping (racist stereotyping, donchaknow) than that her comment expressed disgusting disrespect and venom toward Gov Palin - sad......
