Or... you can go to this thread where much of it has been identified:

So guess what. The provisions are not only socialist, but there are some achingly stupid things in this 450 page abomination:

Sec. 317. Seven-year cost recovery period for motorsports racing track facility.

Sec. 503 Exemption from excise tax for certain wooden arrows designed for use by children.

I mean... what... the [BEEEEEEEEEEEEP]????? God, I despair for my country.

The bailout is combined with H.R.6049 - energy tax extenders and etc. That bill was passed by the Senate on Sept 23, on a 93-2 vote. The 2 NAY votes were Democrats, Carper and Conrad.

The bailout proper originated with the request from Secretary Paulson, in a Republican administration.

No, they’re not addicted to heroin, as Governor Palin said, they are addicted to “OPM - Other People’s Money”

I want them to pay off my mortgage!

Whoops I already did that.

I want them to pay off my credit cards!

Whoops I do that monthly.

I want them to finance my car!

Whoops I paid cash for it.

I want them to improve my credit rating!

I am not at all pleased with my 820 even in retirement.

What I really want them to do is ...

...

...

...

... still thinking ...

quit and go back from whence they came!

Throw them all out! Each and everyone of them that is going to reward irresponsibility and in many cases criminal actions by writing yet another trillion dollar check on their seemingly non-capped overdraft account backed by the responsible American tax payers.

I guess I support it now seeing as how "it's for the children".

Be sure to vote all the Democrats out first. If we leave them unattended they’ll change the rules and give themselves lifetime seats.

There's only one cure for that.

Uh, yeah, more cowbell.

If this is truly an “EMERGENCY” because the world will end if we don’t do something...... whatever we do should be a stand alone bill with nothing extra added on.

But, I would prefer we fix the REAL problem instead......and send some Democrats to jail while we’re at it.

Unconstitutional. Keep track of those who vote for this and remember them this November.

Don’t think Obama will be worried about ‘time-constraints’. . .and for the ‘missing pieces’ they tell us; will be added later. . .Can only ask, by ‘whom’?

We need to return political power to the states. Fast!

This vote demonstrates that our Great Experiment in democracy has failed.

Those who oppose this bailout are in an impossible position.

If they vote nay and defeat the bailout and the economy crashes which it surely will, they will be blamed for the crash. If they vote yea and the economy crashes which it surely will, they might be blamed but since so many will surely get blamed there is not going to be much blame attached to any one vote and he will probably be excused for that vote by the media and the leftists that run the nation.

To be relatively safe he must vote, yea.

Ok, so... We the People are supposed to believe that the economy is ending next week (or was it two weeks ago?) and this bill MUST pass but only with lots of goodies so that the holdouts will vote yes?

How stupid do they think we are? If we don't replace these sociopaths with decent people and then set term limits to keep the new ones from “going native” we are doomed as a nation.

If the economy really crashes, these butt heads will be out on their ear anyway. So... they should just vote no.

If the economy really crashes, the states should consider whether being a part of this mess is worth the effort.

Do we really need a Federal government? Why should so much power be concentrated in the hands of fewer than 1,000 people?

There are no more than three or four real conservatives among Republicans in the Senate.

Right! And let me make this clear: Jon Kyl is NOT one of them despite an ACU rating in the high 90s.

He votes right most of the time UNLESS IT'S SOMETHING THAT COULD DESTROY THE COUNTRY. THEN HE VOTES FOR THAT (Amnesty last year and the pork bail out for perps this year). I call that a stealth Enemy Domestic.
