I think we should all call this number, fold their office phones. I called and they did answer my call but no answer to the press release about Berg lawsuit.

Luci you have to add more info, they need to know exactly why they are calling and the background. Not everyone knows about the Berg lawsuit yet.

Thanks I'm new to this so I can use the help. The Berg lawsuit states reasons that Obama is not eligible to be president, questioning his citizenship. Today is a deadline for a response to the the lawsuit.

Great I have been following this since about June 1, 2008 when it first hit. I hope that Berg gets us answers. I have always thought that this would be our October surprise. Timing is everything. Obama is a rat and his party is the rat party........

You can bet they filed a motion for an extenstion. which will give them another 45 + days. They will not produce anything before the election.
Even if the motion this up for a hearing it will take them 30 days to set a date. Nothing in the court system works fast.

Unfortunately Judge Surrick, the district judge from eastern Pennsylvania, has not signed the denied for dismissal request that Obama and the DNC filed. If the judge denies the request to dismiss, then Obama will have 3 days to produce the required documents.
