Elections Officials Look Into Voter Fraud

Local elections officials are looking into potential election fraud and some of the information is pointing to a Democratic-leaning voter's group.

ACORN, the Association of Community Organizations For Reform Now, has been registering thousands of new voters for this year's election, but in Seminole County, some voter applications are being withheld until it's proven they're legitimate.

Election fraud is a felony, but first it has to be proven and someone has to be charged.

So far, elections officials said they are just beginning to gather clues in this case.

Seminole County's elections supervisor is holding up dozens of voter registration applications because they appear to be fraudulent: wrong addresses, bad signatures and more.

James Stanley of Winter Springs said he was contacted by the elections office, and told his date of birth and Social Security number were wrong on his form.

He never filed this paperwork, and the signature is not his, which makes him worry that he won't get a ballot on Election Day.

"My biggest problem is when I show up to vote I want to make sure that I can cast my vote and the problem that I saw is that someone was questioning my validity to be able to cast that vote," voter James Stanley said.

Many of the applications with suspect information were turned-in by the activist group ACORN.

Might be a good idea to watch the local news to see where else this is happening. I've heard about it in other places but had no idea they were turning in fraudulent voter registration apps here too.

Every county clerk should investigate every registration form turned in by ACORN.

RNC Attorneys should do the leg work and force county clerks and Federal Attorneys to look in to this.

Also Voter Fraud is rampant on Indian reservations.

I'm sure there are some well-meaning mind-numbed skulls of mush that are enthusiastic ACORN employees, who go out and get legit registrations. I'm also sure that many of the employees hired at minimum wage (do they get health insurance???) will sit down with a brew or a bong and just fill out the cards from the phone book to hit their quota. After all, why stress yourself with a real job when you can hit up a Community Organizer for a handout? ACORN is well aware of the latter and thus are complicit in undermining the electoral process.

Same problem here in cuyahoga county(Cleveland)in Ohio. Acorn involved...surprise.

I don't know why someone can't charge these guys with something similar to what they charge the Mafia organizations with....I think they're called Reico?

If they have to be proven one by one, we are going to lose. We need something that will make an end-run around this entire problem wherever it is occurring.

I'm thinking something like a purple finger after voting. Easy,cheap, no mistake that people have voted already.

So lets just say, for the sake of argument, that DA’s DO find fraudulent registrations that are submitted by ACORN. Then what? Do the DA’s go after ACORN? No, they will go after the “person” who signed the papers, not the people who collected the papers! ACORN gets off almost every time! There have been only a handful of indictments and even fewer convictions against these ACORN communists. Hell, they will even ask for MORE federal funds to protect their organization from prosecution, just like little old Saul (may he ROT in HELL!) Alinsky outlined in his “Rules For Radicals”.

This group ACORN needs to be examined by the FEDS and the RICO statues brought to bear against this criminal enterprise.
