The first thing they confiscated was his ACORN id badge and some ballots, but I’m sure this was all on the up and up.

Then why was there NO mention of party affiliation in the story about Boyd's son? He must not be republican or you would have screamed it in the headline.
Please make the correction to the story and tell us all the fact that he is a DEMOCRAT. THAT would constitute 'balanced news I can count on.'
Had this man been a republican, the headline would be more like: REPUBLICAN Congressman Boyd's son arrested for being an armed, drug addicted COYOTE.
They were smuggled so that they could be registered to vote for Obama!

Can we charge him with violation of the Mann act for crossing the border with a minor for a criminal purpose?

Allen Boyd was sworn into office on January 7, 1997, as a Democratic member of the 105th Congress representing Florida’s 2nd Congressional District. The district spans 16 counties, from South Walton County through Tallahassee, almost reaching Jacksonville, making up the largest geographic congressional district in the state. This area of North Florida is distinctly rural, yet surprisingly diverse. The regional economy is as reliant on small fishing villages and rural farming operations as it is the higher education and state government communities of Tallahassee.

From 1989 until his election to Congress, Boyd served in the Florida House of Representatives. Throughout his career in public service, Boyd has led the charge for government reform and fiscal responsibility. He is also known as an articulate voice for consensus building and reasonable compromise. As Chairman of the Florida House Democratic Conservative Caucus, Boyd helped build bridges between diverse interests on such difficult issues as public education, healthcare, and welfare reform—issues he continues to work on in Congress.
A fifth generation farmer, Boyd graduated from Florida State University in 1969 and served his country in Vietnam. I’m surprised the commie press would report this in any form or fashion, but we knew it was a Democrat. The first word in the story wasn’t “Republican.”
But in other news Sarah Palin is under fire for....invent or insert some inane drivel.
It is difficult to remember the good he has done when he votes the Dem party line over and over again. He is a liberal in a conservative district. He needs to go.
