The majority of the problem applications are coming from the group ACORN ... enrolled 200,000 voters statewide in recent months ...

“There appears to be a sizeable number of duplicate and fraudulent applications,” said Kelly Chesney, spokeswoman for the Michigan Secretary of State’s Office. “And it appears to be widespread.”

... turned over several of the applications to the U.S. Attorney’s Office ...

... ACORN’s voter registration programs have come under investigation in Ohio, Colorado, Missouri and Washington, with some employees convicted of voter fraud.

David Lagstein an ACORN spokes-nut, promised to ‘look into it’.

... numerous applications are sometimes filed under one name. ...

Pontiac City Clerk Yvette Talley: “They’re steadily coming in, and we are finding a huge number of duplications.”

In Oak Park, clerk Sandra Gadd said they have been seeing “lots of duplication” from ACORN in recent months

ACORN ... has branches in 100 cities and claims 350,000 families as members.

Lagstein promised it was a nut-cratic snafoo.

And let me guess-—some judge may take a look at it AFTER elections are held?

Obambi has very close associations with ACORN. His “community organizer” stint was tied to ACORN, and he fine-tuned his Saul Alinsky marxist playbook while associated with ACORN. ACORN should be shut down and clearly identified as the anti-American, radical marxist organization that it is. Ever wonder that where ACORN is strongest the result is an over-abundance of political corruption and fraud?

And did you know that the Catholic Campaign for Human Development located in Washington DC at the offices of the Catholic Conference of US Bishops (USCCB) has funded ACORN to the tune of millions of dollars? Call the CCHD today and threaten to report them to the IRS for funding a partisan political group.

Thanks for the info. I will make that call. ACORN needs to be shut down and prosecuted. They are making a travesty out of our electoral process. This is my biggest fear this election cycle. In a close election, massive voter fraud in the big cities may be enough to push the man child over the top in some key states, i.e. Michigan, Pennsylvania. W lost Pennsylvania by a little over 100,000 votes in 04. Dollars to donuts every last one of those votes were squeezed out of the bowels of Philadelphia. Hell, Philly has been losing population for years but the voting roles continue to swell thanks to frauds like ACORN.

Inside Obama’s Acorn
By their fruits ye shall know them

What if Barack Obama’s most important radical connection has been hiding in plain sight all along? Obama has had an intimate and long-term association with the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (Acorn), the largest radical group in America. If I told you Obama had close ties with MoveOn.org or Code Pink, you’d know what I was talking about. Acorn is at least as radical as these better-known groups, arguably more so. Yet because Acorn works locally, in carefully selected urban areas, its national profile is lower. Acorn likes it that way. And so, I’d wager, does Barack Obama.

LOTS more on ACORN at this link. It is a 4 page article by Stanley Kurtz.

Democrats’ Platform for Revolution
By John Perazzo
FrontPageMagazine.com | Monday, May 05, 2008

"Americans are well acquainted with presidential candidate Barack Obama’s legendary pledges to bring 'change' to America’s political and social landscape. (For example, see here and here and here.) Indeed, 'Change We Can Believe In' is the slogan that adorns the homepage of his campaign website and so many of the placards displayed by the supporters who attend his speaking engagements. His Democratic rival, Hillary Clinton, is also well practiced at issuing calls for change. Her 'Change and Experience' ad campaign was but an outgrowth of her 1993 declaration, as First Lady, that 'remolding society is one of the great challenges facing all of us in the West.' Most Americans are unaware, however, that when Obama and Clinton speak of 'change,' they mean change in the sense that a profoundly significant, though not widely known, individual -- Saul Alinsky -- outlined in his writings two generations ago."

ACORN is an orginazation that should have been thoroughly investigated 10+ years ago. Voter fraud almost bought Gore the 2000 election, and ACORN is at the forefront of the voter fraud movement.

This information needs to get out strong nationwide, along with Obambi's "community service" connection.

Great post ETL. Wikipedia claims that issues such as ACORN and Ayers lack good sourcing. That’s the best excuse they have to claim that such connections should not be mentioned in Wikipedia’s Obama page. I tried to explain that Jerome Corsi is, in fact, a time tested source. Someone told me ‘promoting Corsi doesn’t belong on this thread’.

Sure, I could keep punching holes in their ignorance loop there. But it’s too time consuming and will be countered with deliberate ignorance.

We need to have some kind of reference pages that are even more credible looking than Wikipedia [which has the drive-by image of ‘balance and fairness’] when it comes to Ayers and ACORN. I could put it on my web site or handle html problems for others on their web sites. But who has the time? —FRegards ....
