(Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania – 09/04/08) - Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama’s eligibility to serve as President of the United States, has received confirmation from his Process Service Company that the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and Senator Barack Obama were served today, September 4, 2008, with the legal documents pertaining to Berg vs. Obama, Civil Action No. 08-cv-4083.
The DNC was served at 12:00 p.m. and Senator Obama was served at 1:00 p.m. The U.S. Attorney’s Office accepted service on behalf of the Federal Elections Committee (FEC) on or about August 22, 2008.

What a great election this is turning out to be. Only a few months ago I was sad and depressed, but not I am pumped and ready to fight and win.
And what about his Selective Service registration? Inquiring minds would like to know.
It is a good story every time it has been posted on FR.
I can’t believe there isn’t a law requiring him to prove his birth citizenship when he files to run.

Actually, I'm sure he and his campaign knew this was coming. Hence his trip to Hawaii last month to make sure "his credentials were in order". *wink*

I doubt it. He’s a Dim and all Dims are cowards. He only wants to serve his country from a cushy Senate office or the Oval Office.
ICBW, but I believe that when asked that question his campaign’s respone was that some 800,000 young men did not register at that time.

Ideally, this will go nowhere until after McCain/Palin wins in November. Then it will be revealed that the democRATS ran a candidate that was not qualified to run for POTUS.
