I wonder whether Barack Obama's vetters, Caroline Kennedy and Eric Holder, knew what they were doing when they settled on Joe Biden. Journalists and McCain opposition researchers must be logging onto Nexis and searching 1987-1988 using the key words "Biden and plagiarism." There is a feast of material that would make even the most partisan Obama backer question the wisdom of this choice.

Biden had to be possibly one of the most bizarre VPs Obama could have chosen. Makes you wonder, like many, many other elements of Obama and his run for the Presidency, who is really running the show.
And Caroline Kennedy helped pick him?
I’m very concerned for him, myself. He has a history of being a drinker, had high blood pressure, and he has had two aneurysms, one of which he needed surgery for.
Lately, he appears to be having difficulty with his words, he seems to get stuck in mid sentence as though he’s confused, and has looked flushed quite a bit.
I sure hope he turns out to be ok.
I’d hate for him to use his health as an excuse of why he got his clock cleaned by and “in-experienced” little lady.

Plagiarism is the worst kind of intellectual property theft. It’s stealing another’s creation and presenting it to the world as your own. It is particularly noxious to those of us in the intellectual property business.
Ideas can’t be copyrighted. While I don’t condone it, one with only modest communications skills can easily rewrite a paragraph or passage to avoid plagiarism. However, doing so shows low creativity, thought, and intelligence. Biden, as a serial plagiarizer, shows all of the above, combined with pure laziness and dishonesty.
His law school plagiarism happened long ago, but he continues the practice despite getting caught time and again. Biden’s unfit to work in my company. He’s unfit to serve in high office.
You can be sure the Obama camp has one or more full time employees with the originality to write from a clean sheet everything Biden utters or purportedly pens between now and November.

I didn’t realize he had all those health issues. I agree with you on his health being a concern. I saw the video online of him speaking and appearing drunk at an Obama rally. Maybe he was, or it could be something worse. If he wasn’t drunk, I studied Speech Pathology in college and he may have some symptoms of something called Ataxic Dysarthria. I hope it’s not that but he should have it checked out.

Governor Palin is too young to have seen a political event with John Kennedy, Robert Kennedy or Hubert Humphrey. And Mr Kinnock has retired from politics.
But when Governor Palin debates Joe Biden it will be the next best thing!
Plagiarism of any kind rings alarm bells, but what really has me with furrowed brow and wrinkled nose is that he plagiarized his own family history. I find that especially strange, even more than just words about freedom, democracy, courage.
Stealing your own family history would be two broken commandments: Thou shalt not steal, Honor your parents
