At a Maryland State Council function, we were informed that Supreme is devising an assessment for membership to raise money for a permanent Culture of Life fund. We were told that in the not-too-distant future, all Councils would likely be assessed $3 per memeber. If done Order-wide, that would raise over $5 million. Then, Supreme Council would match what was raised through the Councils. That would create a $10 million fund to battle the culture of death.
