The WORLD PEACERS of the Quakers (aka the Quackers) and PeaceActionMC supported Georgia this Saturday - sort of.
While all the anti-war, no, anti-U.S. anarchists, are always protesting against ONLY the democracies in the world, they never seem to protest against the dictators, terrorists and real aggressors around the world. There are some even comparing Russia to the U.S. lead coalition in Iraq. But as was heard on a conservative talk show (forgot who), Georgia is a fairly democratic society, with a duly elected government. Iraq surrendered in 1991 and was to abide by the terms of the surrender, which they did NOT. Also there was about 15-17 U.N. dictates that Saddam snubbed his nose at. So under the terms of the surrender, we were authorized to go in and take him out. But I digress into something that the readers on FR already know about.
The D.C. Chapter decided to help, yes help, the moonbats in their cause. We posted what they should have posted. BELOW are the signs and a quick message we posted on the moonbats corner. Well do it again this Saturday.
BELOW LEFT: Moonbats reading our message. You can see another of our signs at the left of the pic. BELOW RIGHT: After falling apart twice, the moonbats finally left their banner on the ground. After two plus years, you would assume they would know how to properly install the banner supports. You can also clearly see our posters. The third is on a utility pole on their left flank.
Watch for the Walter Reed AAR for more of our signs.
But enough of the moonbats.
The true patriots who dont need to be goaded into supporting the Good Guys were there. The 10 Patriots standing on our corner are: Legionnaires Glenn (WWII - USMC), Dave (WWII - Army), Halsey (Korea - USMC), and FReepers and Lurkers Lurker Bill, 3DJoy, Cindy_True_Supporter, Olney-Keith, Sensei Ern, {Mrs} Trooprally, aka [Mrs] T, and myself, [Mr] T.
Keep Legionnaire Frank in your prayers. He is having some medical problems that hopefully will quickly be fixed.
Olney-Keith has made his second straight Saturday in a row. He must be catching up on his honey-do list. :-))
Pics are by [Mrs] T
BELOW LEFT: Olney-Keith with 3DJoy in back ground putting up small flags. Flag banner attached to red banner is from 3Ds family. BELOW RIGHT: 3DJoy with flag banner.
BELOW LEFT: Legionnaires Glenn, Dave and Halsey. BELOW RIGHT: Dave and Halsey with Chip from Operation Welcome Home Maryland, the Maryland chapter of the larger Operation Welcome Home Organization. Chip has numerous times welcomed home troops at Baltimore-Washington Airport, aka Thurgood Marshall Airport. If scheduling of flights permit, they visit departing troops, giving them goodie bags for their flight. Just last week we had a soldier who was greeted by patriots at the Dallas, TX airport upon his arrival back from Iraq, stop by to thank us for being out in Olney.
BELOW LEFT: 3DJoy with big wave to passing supporter. BELOW RIGHT: Same for Lurker Bill
BELOW LEFT: Cindy_True_Supporter with Halsey. Lurker Bill and 3D in back ground.BELOW RIGHT: And my token pic.
Our waves are in response to passing supporters shown below. One passing car rolled their windows down and gave us a big father-son HooRah! and a wave.

[Mr] & [Mrs] T
But there were "elections" in Iraq under Saddam. Didn't he typically get around 99% of the votes? s/
NO WAR FOR OIL!!
No big protest against the Russians, but we weren’t silent.

"On July 9 (1994), Workers World Party Chairperson Sam Marcy sent the following statement to Comrade Kim Jong Il, the Central Committee of the Workers Party of Korea and the State Funeral Committee of President Kim Il Sung.":
"Dear Comrade Kim Jong Il ...
The National Committee of Workers World Party extends our deepest condolences on the passing of the great leader of the Korean people, Comrade President Kim Il Sung.
Comrade Kim Il Sung devoted his whole life to the Korean people's struggle for national self-determination and the international working-class struggle for socialist emancipation. With his leadership, the Korean people defeated the Japanese colonial occupation and soon after brought about the first defeat of the U.S. imperialist military machine.
For over 40 years since the armistice, the U.S. military has continued to occupy the south of Korea with troops and nuclear weapons. This occupation has been the chief obstacle to peaceful reunification of Korea and poses the chief danger of a new war on the peninsula." ...
"Workers World Party values our close, comradely relations with the Workers Party of Korea very highly. We are proud to have known Kim Il Sung as a great leader and a comrade in the international communist movement. ...
With comradely solidarity, Sam Marcy Chairperson, Workers World Party":

Here, also from the Workers World Party website, workers.org, is a direct link to the set of photos showing Ramsey Clark, Lynne Stewart and current democrat chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, Charlie Rangel, all at the Workers World Party/Troops Out Now event on March 19, 2005. Again, the 2nd anniversary of the start of the Iraq war:

Yep - and we have more of the same coming up this Saturday.
[Mr] T
LOL - I’m glad to see the “s/” at the end of your comment.
Yea, any election that the president gets 70%-plus of the vote is questionable.
[Mr] T
BTW, that was one heck of post you put together here! And a great job once again standing up for freedom!
Excellent idea putting the “Hands Off Georgia, etc” signs on the moonbats’ corner.
Well Thank You, from me personally, and the Olney gang. I have so much to work with, with our patriots and people just walking up. And the moonbats are always good for something, especially with [Mrs] T’s 12 zoom lens. And then during the winter, our cold weather Freeper, iMacMan, takes great pics. He actually has two cameras that he works with.
[Mr] T
Thanks, and there are more ideas for this coming Saturday.
Wait till the WR AAR is up. Another good “shoo”.
[Mr] T
Great report...I feel like I was there!
OOPS...I was, no wonder it was so familiar.
What a great day and the “silent-anonymous” trio had the great and timely signs this time!
Glad you liked refreshing you memory. It sure was fun. Nice weather, funny moonbats, good patriotic company.
[Mr] T
God bless you guys. FRegards ....

I suspect that those aren’t Quackers holding those signs. I suspect that the sign holders are Cindy True Supporter, 3-D Joy and “Legs” Trooprally.
You know what they say about short-term memory loss in old age! LOL BUMP
Thanks to both of you from the Olney gang. Your kudos help us spend Saturday after Saturday, after ..... in Olney countering the clueless morons.
