McCain got all kinds of applause for saying(paraphrased) ‘France has a pro-American President’,
which is very damning for Jack Chirac and his Democrat allies
Senator Obama had to say, “it’s above my pay grade”, because nobody told him that he could vote “Present” every time he wants to avoid making a decision. Maybe the campaign can fix that for the debates.

REFORM WHERE I ALWAYS BELIEVED THAT WELFARE HAD TO BE CHANGED. I WAS MUCH MORE CONCERNED TEN YEARS AGO WHEN PRESIDENT CLINTON INITIALLY SIGNED THE BILL THAT THIS COULD HAVE DISASTEROUS RESULTS. I WORKED IN THE ILLINOIS LEGISLATURE

Sadly he won’t ask the Gov. about that. Dems and the MSM think that normal people have the same short attention span that they do and no one will remember about such a gaffe that they tried hard not to let out to the masses.

I’m curious. Why on earth would ANYONE be against administering medical care to a LIVING child?
I understand the child in question was malformed but stilll...don’t tell me most normal people would be against doing everything to keep this child alive.
What is the objection? It would cost too much?
Once again, if the pubbies are serious about winning this thing, they would be touting this action by Obama from the rooftops.
I read the live thread on the Obama/McCain debate. I could only watch Obama because while McCain was on I was taping two shows and couldn’t flip back.
I thought Obama was such a big nothing I could have puked. He tried to be clever; he tried to be oh-so-cool one of us smart beyond our wildest dreams. He came off as a big zero, a zero in a suit and tie.
I didn’t see McCain although I saw lots of clips. I read the live thread and I was amazed at the lavish praise on McCain’s performance. Not that he didn’t deserve it, mind you.
If any normal person was watching this (ie NOT a non-thinking liberal), he or she would handily see the leadership and calm here and hint, it’s NOT Obama.
So I say to McCain....get a decent VP up for nomination and you’ll have the base on your side. We are all desperate to root for somebody and if needed, I’ll vote for the pubbie nominee in 2016 if not the one in this year of our Lord not so much.

I didn’t think Obama held even one hearing on Afghanistan. At least that’s my memory of his failure to lead. Then again, with only 145 days in the US Senate, Obama may have been too busy campaigning for the presidency.
The difference between our invasions was to give people Freedom while Russia is trying to conquer and enslave them.

For if Obama nominates Biden then Delaware will be unburdened from his grip.
However, heh, if Obama nominates Biden....my goodness what a hoot his campaign will be.
