If all they do is publicize the names of people that donate to Conservative groups, I have no problem whatsoever with their mission. However, if they physically threaten anyone, then they need to go to prison.

It seems that Matzzie was hired by the DNC. His being involved with this 527 and working for the DNC could constitute an illegal coordination between a political campaign and the 527.

The NY Times neglects to mention a critical fact about this proposed attack on people revealed by FEC records to be major donors to conservative causes. Gathering the names in this fashion from FEC records and using them this way, constitutes two felonies. Or, maybe the Times was simply incompetent, and didn't think to ask questions in that area.
