The melodrama among Clinton supporters re: the newest info on Obama's forged birth certificate

Interesting stuff...a pretty pragmatic view:

Today, 09:49 AM sharkeye1

Listen, the DNC would have tried to bury this issue if they knew it existed. I believe they have been intent on keeping Sen. Clinton out of the office of POTUS for years and that is why they pushed Obama up at this time. What better way to counter a run by Hillary Clinton than to also run an AA? They knew it would split the Party, split the vote, and cause damage. They didn't and don't care. They simply did not want a Clinton in the White House again. So, they would have buried this as deep as they could.

And quite honestly, it's not the Republicans job to do the Democrats job for them. The Republicans have every right to hold onto this information and use it at whatever time they see fit. Do I like that? No. Will it change my vote for McCain? Absolutely not. I'm not voting for Obama - period! If the Democrats were stupid enough to have this information and not reveal it, then that makes their leadership a thousand times more corrupt than any we've ever seen. And THAT should piss Sen. Clinton supporters off more than anything. The fact that the Democrats would have had the information and had hidden it, knowing Obama wasn't eligible to run, and LYING to the American public about it, allowing an ineligible candidate to run. Can't imagine that Sen. Clinton's supporters wouldn't be more pissed off at the Democrats than the Republicans. So, I can't see if affecting anyone's vote for McCain if this all turns out to be true.

think of o’bama as a tool of hilary’s makeing not the DNC. it’s old hat for klinton’s, a variation on the Perot thing. klinton never got a majority, with 3 running, but no one else did either.

I don’t see why you didn’t quote the final line in that post:

“And with that said.....I have to tell you, I doubt that it even exists. We’ve been strung along before and guess what? Absolutely NOTHING came of the stuff.”

I think it significantly affects interpretation of what this guy (or gal, or whatever) is saying.

Plausibly, Barry’s momma saw her first marriage in ruins and husband gone, so she stuck her new boyfriend’s last name on the birth certificate so as to reel him in. Does this hypothesis contradict any known facts?

I am having a little trouble following this. I understand he was born in Hawaii but some people think he wasn’t and that he really was born in a foreign country. Even if that is true, because he was born to a woman who was an American Citizen he becomes an American citizen by simply filing for a birth certificate with the American Consulate of an “American Born Abroad”. My reading of the Constitution would therefore make him eligible. The Dems. tried to make a big deal of Mc Cain being born in Panama where his Dad was serving with the Navy. It didn’t wash and I don’t think this thing on Obama is going anywhere either.

IIRC, she was 16 when he was born. That doesn’t make it impossible, I suppose. That age of 16 gets cited a lot by folks who claim he can’t be a citizen because under Hawaiian law his mom had to live there for five years before birth for her child to be a citizen. I’m not sure there are ANY indisputable facts in this matter, right now.

This matter has an odor to it, difficult to trace and sour like a dead mouse inside the wall of a house.

I am having a little trouble following this.

Let me make it simple, the Founding father were worried that someone would come to the united states (From somewhere else) and have allegiance to that place that they came from over the USA, so there are two types of citizenship, "Natural Born" and "Naturalized". If you immigrate you are considered Naturalized, If your birth does not meet certain requirements you are naturalized at birth. Naturalized citizens are not eligible to run for president.

Constitutional Topic: Citizenship this link from U.S. Constitution Online goes into more detail.

The point is, do we follow the constitution, or not? If not then we got big problems.

If this matters at all, the Dems will have to out Obamas non citizenship.

McCain would rather face Obama as an opponent that Hillary any day of the week,

Why else do you think McCain is quiet about it, if indeed true?

If this had any evidentiary traction, there would be a law suit in federal court challenging Obama's standing as a candidate, under the Federal Elections Act.

Poisonous snakes are hatched, not born.

Sorry, couldn't resist that...

I think the only thing you and I disagree on, for this subject, is the size of the dead rodent...

To narrow the difference, it could be a large, fat mouse!

As I recall, adult capybara range in size from a Lab to a St. Bernard — too big to fit inside a wall!

I once lived in a house with walls a yard thick. Plenty of room for even a St. Bernard. 140lbs, according to the wiki article I cited. As I said, plenty to stink. DemonRats would be about that size, don't you think? One called Nancy, for example? ;)

Maybe it could fit, but something that large would give off an odor sufficient to make its location apparent. That kinda defeats the metaphor. So let’s just name the mouse in the wall “Nancy.”
