Yeah, at least Rather had a document to show even if it was obviously a fake. I would bet his has been drummed up to take the heat off of Obama with the new evidence released today(with absolutely no coverage by the MSM)that proves his COLB was a definite fake. Even if it doesn’t prove it this is a smoke screen for something. Same old dem tactics, obfuscate and use projection.

This book was definitely part of the campaign, one thing good for Bush is he is oversees and the Olympics are going to be sucking the oxygen for 2 weeks.

The reason this could have been released now is for some reporter to ask him about it on International TV.

What new evidence released today that his COLB was a fake? Please explain

The best evidence this is bogus is to assume the administration was willing to forge documents to produce “evidence” bolstering its case for war. Were that true - they certainly would have generated a more central and important document than the one alleged to have been created from whole cloth. It’s too peripheral, too unimportant.

Ron Suskind

After he left the WSJ in 2000 he has basically been occupied writing scat about the Bush administration.

A Hillary friendly web site has had to people working on the COLB that was displayed on KOS as being Obama's birth certificate. After weeks of the two people independently working on the problem the underlying print, name of the person whose COLB it really was, the date of birth, parents names, etc. have been reconstructed. Both people came up with the same evidence. Obama's sister is supposedly the person whose name is really on the birh certificate(or actually COLB). They have graphics to show how they found the information, I saw some of them, and our now preparing a full report complete with the method used and information on how to duplicate the process.

The certificate Obama claims is his was supposed to be a pre-2006 COLB, the one used and faked to appear to be his was actually a post 2006 COLB form. The number was blacked out because the number would have pointed out that the COLB was actually issued in 2007, not 1961 as Obama's would have been.

Lots of interesting times coming up soon between the Clinton's and Obamaosama I think. The info was released yesterday but the full report isn't ready yet.

Let's see, if I have this correct. George Bush knew things that Saddam's top generals didn't know. During the invasion of Iraq, Saddam's generals kept wondering, why Saddam didn't use his chemical weapons and other WMDs. They didn't know that Saddam WMD program had been hurt more by the first Gulf War, sanctions and Clinton's 1998 bombing campaign than they thought. Saddam kept up the propaganda that he had WMD, while he didn't. But Saddam kept up a skeleton WMD program that he could re-start, once he got sanctions ended.

So, the idea that Bush was inside Saddam's head and knew this, while Saddam's generals and the rest of the world did not is ludicrous. The idea that then Bush ordered the (liberal, democrat dominated) CIA to forge a letter lying about Saddam's WMD program and not having this come out until now, is even more ludicrous.

And let's not forget the WMD that we did find in Iraq. Let's not forget the truck and planeloads of stuff that Saddam sent up to Syria with Russian help right before the war. Let's not forget the 500 tons of uranium yellowcake that was found in Iraq and just recently sent to Canada.

What we have here is just another self-hating liberal lefty, lying and smearing his own country. Yawn, this is so predictable, it's boring.
