A map of President Bush's motorcade to Camp David was found last week in the possession of a teenager accused of stockpiling weapons and bomb-making materials, according to prosecutors.
With the possibility that the motorcade was a target, federal authorities have joined police in investigating Collin Matthew McKenzie-Gude, 18, who allegedly was storing the weapons and materials just outside Washington, D.C., at the Bethesda, Md., home where he lives with his parents.
MyFOXDC.com reports that Assistant State's Attorney Peter Feeney disclosed the discovery of the map of Camp David during a court hearing on Tuesday in Rockville, Md. The map was marked with a motorcade route to the secluded presidential compound in western Maryland, about an hour's drive from Washington.
Police also reportedly discovered range-finding binoculars, a CIA identification and a Geneva Convention ID, like ones given to contractors in Iraq.

Update: Charges Filed in Attempted Carjacking in Kensington
Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Major Crimes Division - Robbery Section have charged Collin Matthew McKenzie-Gude, age 18, of the 6300 block of Rockhurst Road in Bethesda, with the attempted carjacking that occurred in the parking lot of the White Flint Mall in Kensington on Tuesday morning, July 29.
The description of the suspect and evidence that was recovered at the scene led investigators to develop McKenzie-Gude, as the suspect in the attempted carjacking. On August 3, detectives obtained an arrest warrant for McKenizie-Gude, charging him with attempted carjacking and second-degree assault. That warrant was served tonight at the Montgomery County Detention Center, where McKenzie-Gude is currently being held.
On July 29 at approximately 11:46 a.m., officers from the 2nd District responded to the second level garage near Bloomingdales at White Flint Mall located at 11119 Rockville Pike in Kensington, for the report of an attempted strong-arm carjacking. The victim, a 78-year-old man from College Park, was confronted by a lone male suspect who demanded his car keys as he locked his car. The victim refused and was struck by the suspect with his elbow and knocked to the ground.
The suspect took the victims keys and entered the car. After unsuccessfully attempting to start the car, the suspect fled. The victim suffered minor injuries when he was knocked to the ground. He was treated at the scene by Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service personnel.
McKenzie-Gude is being held tonight on a $1,000,000 bond.

Guarantee he’s a closet muzzie.
"The unnamed juvenile, while working as a police intern, allegedly took official stationery to help McKenzie-Gude obtain chemicals and police equipment, including bullet-resistant vests. Police found four assault rifles, two shotguns, one handgun and ammunition for the weapons, along with "chemicals and components commonly used to manufacture homemade explosives" at McKenzie-Gude's home, according to a Montgomery County police news release."
Nice catch.....
Obviously a DemocRAT Super-delegate.
Looks like Democratic Underground is missing a poster...

I’ve always been a firm believer in the existance of sleeper cells...
How stupid do you have to be to carjack someone at a busy mall like White Flint and then believe you’re going to get out of the traffic jammed parking lot and into the traffic jam on the main street?
Throw every book at this kid and don’t let him out until he’s passed 50.
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2008/07/30/AR2008073002181.html more much more here with pic and hit list of teachers possible, also dad and grandad veterans, oh, boy!

see post 19
He (the grandfather) said that people should reserve judgment about the case and that he doesn’t believe the list of teachers was connected to the weapons. “It could have been a Christmas card list or whatever,” he said. “I don’t think that list meant anything.”
Nope and this story smells like hell for some reason.Something just ain’t right, not sure, confused and dazed, and may have been a setup.
The suspect’s mug shot/photo shows a typical “I know everything” expression. Almost smirking.
Something is amiss, not sure but it just don’t smell right for some reason.
Guarantee hes a closet muzzie. You're freaking out.
More than meets the eye IMHO.

...or is this a Dudette?
Put him in a cell with John Walker-Lindh (another hyphenated punk) and fill it with freezing water for a couple of days. See how tough he really is.
You just know that his parents are big time liberals. Well, just look what all their Bush Derangement Syndrome did to their kid.
“teenage wasteland, oh yeah...”
Any reference the The Who is welcome in my book
Family values.
Manson Family values.....
If you two don’t behave we’ll be forced to toss youse OUT OF THE SANDBOX!
Nah. And Ismail’s Ax meant nothing regarding the V. Tech shooter either
I wonder what his DUmmy screen name is.
Oh, indeed....there just has to be way more to this story than we have learned to date.
Dunno, the carjacking could have been some sort of practice run for something else......
The lid is still on tight on this can-o-worms, that’s for sure!
I agree. There's more to this story. Something doesn't add up. Not sure I can put my finger on it. But it would be nice to know what triggered the interest in this kid, and the subsequent search warrant. I didn't see anything about that.
Considering it was the CIA and the Defense Dept investigating him, something was certainly unusual.
After he found out about a warrant for carjacking, he turned himself in. Also, IMHO, there is no doubt in my mind if he wanted that car he would have gotten it started. This is a smart kid, not a dummie. One of his classmates considered him well adjusted. Also, itsaid the warrant was issued on a tip. Oh yeah this smells big time.
Nope. You’re’ freakin’ out. The kid went to a Catholic school, and a good one. Look under some other rock for your muzzies.
looks like the boy is gonna do some hard time... hope he gets what he ask for.
Do you have to be a practicing Catholic to go to a Catholic HS? Or do disturbed Catholics never convert?
Could be he had a rift with another classmate whose family might be LEO and the classmate set him up??????
Why not read the article? Or perhaps turn on a television?
The family is Catholic. You’re just injecting your own fears into something you know nothing about.
The father was in Vietnam. The grandfather also served. The kid was on the rifle team at St. Johns. The father fed his gun mania, and the kid took it to another level. The mother is over-protective, a bit of a freak, and in total denial.
There’s some inside info for you. Nothing muzzie here. Go away.
Dude, yes dude, never said anything about muzzie, dude! Comprehend what you read!!!!!!!
Tuesday mornings...1130AM....not busy whatsoever.
I believe President Bush was up at Camp David with the Sheik of Dubai...saw the returning helicopters yesterday.
Wonder if this kid was planning something then...sniper scopes, etc..
A kid from Montgomery County?
Shocking...
