HOUSE REPUBLICANS REFUSE TO VACATE!! Lights Shut Off! ...Updated With List ...Update- Video!!
The C-SPAN cameras were gone and the microphones were off, but that didnt stop a small group of Republicans from taking over the House floor after the House adjourned for five weeks to attack Democrats for leaving town without doing something to lower gas prices...
"Madame Speaker, Where art thou?" Rep. Ted Poe, R-Texas, shouted from the well of the House.

The House shut off the lights earlier.
Someone should bring them a box of candles...
Isn't that part of the Democratic plan?Check Pelosi's office.
Here's the phone video that just played on FOX New.It's not the best video but it's better than what the rest of the MSM is showing...
which is nothing.

Here is the
real link. I had to bypass it to get it out of the "bloggers" area of FR so it could be seen as the news that it is.

Yea well it's all about them ya’ know
At least we have a little video.
Queen Nancy decided the American Citizens had no right to see what is going on in the House when she wants to shut it down.
Or let the media back in. She also kicked all the media out. They are only there for her I guess. Too bad no one could turn C-SPAN back on.

The New York Times will accuse the Republicans of wanting to waste energy by turning the lights on.

Amazing.
The only time Republicans seem to show some courage and initiative is when they are in the minority.
Who knows what they might have accomplished if they had this much drive and committment when they were in the majority.

Who knows what they might have accomplished if they had this much drive and committment when they were in the majority. They actually accomplished quite a bit.. just look at the new(ish) medicare entitlement, all of the pork, and the vast expansion of just about every part of the federal government. The democrats never accomplished that much.

Nancy Pelosi, meanwhile, is busy hawking her miserably performing bookcurrently 1,726 on Amazon.com.She has a book? What is it about? How do drive America to the new Great Depression while blaming President Bush all the way down?

I guess this is Nancy's statement on energy independence regarding foreign oil. Just shut off your lights. What a dingbat. Bwahahahaha.

One of the posters on that site asked why the RNC hasn’t planned a protest for oil prices and get a large crowd the MSM can’t ignore. I think that is a good question.
To: Syncro
Yeah right. Then at 5pm they closed up shop and went on vacation just like the Democrats.
Anybody remember the cartoons of Wiley Coyote and the Sheepdog? They would spend all day trying to outsmart each other, and then at 5pm, they would dutifully punch out on the time clock and go home while wishing each other a “good evening”.
I’m not exactly impressed by the bluster that the spineless party mustered for less than 10 hours right before Summer vacation. Where was this spirit weeks or months ago? Ho-hum, I guess I’ll just go about my business as usual. Oh, by the way, the RNC called me today wanting a donation. I told them that I would only donate to candidates that oppose illegal immigration, support the border closure, and believe in smaller government.

>> Predictable!
The Republicans’ effectiveness cannot be a factor of news coverage. The people that needed to know about Friday’s moment of inspiration were part of the experience.
