Just spoke w/ Deborah Pryce’s office and told them I hope that the Republicans continue to apply pressure. She laughed (in a good way, I think) when I told her how nice it was to see Republicans acting line Republicans again - it’s been a long time.
I called the Whip’s office. The young lady that answered the phone sounded downright giddy! Basically, I told her it’s about time we do some “grandstanding” of our own.
Called Cong. Turner’s office and he is on the floor now! I told his staff thank you, and said I’d contribute to his next campaign!
