I've seen this as an image but wasn't familiar with the source. Now I get the joke!
Once upon a time any sane person would've been embarrassed to be seen doing something even remotely similar and watching this person do so was, frankly, embarrassing - I mean I was embarrassed for (him? her?) as I watched.

Well... after all, Obama is "making America cool again". Maybe we should let him off the hook for that.
I, for one, would be honored to pay higher taxes, forsake our allies in the Middle East, lose two or three seats on the Supreme Court, abolish the 2nd Amendment, drive an organic wood-burning car, and run this Republic straight into a Socialist cesspool, as long as I could know that thanks to the image of Obama, we're finally "cool again".
