Company recruits kids to keep records, bust parents for 'energy crimes'
A new website campaign designed by a British power company recruits children through games, badges and cartoons to enlist as "Climate Cops," actively keeping records on their parents and neighbors for violations of "energy crimes" against the planet.
The "Climate Cops" website encourages children to investigate family and friends and "then build your 'Climate Crime Case File' and report back to your family to make sure they don't commit those crimes again (or else)!" The site also warns children that they "may need to keep a watchful eye" to prevent future violations.
A link on the site for teachers to download free materials for building lesson plans indicates the website is targeting children from ages 7-11.

I turned the heat way down, turned off all the lights and I turned off the hot water heater.
I loved it! They cracked after less than 24 hours. I even pleaded with them to keep saving the earth (as it was saving me money). No dice.

And don’t forget that the tv and xbox have to come out of their room and usage closely monitored. No more than 15 minutes of xbox a day. Anymore than that then it’s off to the backyard to plant a tree and turn the compost pile.

I went to the Climate Cops website. It’s not as Hitler Youth like as WND implies. It is full of some of the most outrageous and erroneous lies and myths you’ll ever see. Don’t visit the site on a full stomach.
The eco-weenies have settled on brainwashing the kids because it seems easy, but you have found the Achilles heel of that approach: it gives parents a broadside stationary target.
If only everyone would just take the shot as you have.

2b, your little exercise is an excellent demonstration of the total [limited] power of man over the the rest of the Creation...
while the discomfort level teaches one lesson, Id follow with examples of TOTAL POWER [lightning,hurricanes,volcanoes etc] and the asinine human assumptions that we have the ability to 'destroy' something we cant even control in its most serene condition...
ie, 'creating' a nourishing rain for the veggie garden on a beautiful summer day etc...
the human ability to reason and build things from the elements is a Gift that allows us to turn on a sprinkler and grow food in abundance...
Rejecting that Gift of acquired knowledge/technology, is basically denying God of His Glory in making us in His image...
If the earth teaches us that we are basically powerless beings vs it, how much weaker are we beyond the material plane ??? its dangerous game that man has played for centuries, and Id make book on the winner, but only He really knows the point spread...
