This is a bad precedent.

We need to put him down on schedule. Texas does not answer to a “world court.”

The U.S. Supreme Court has previously ruled, and per the U.S. Constitution, is the highest court with applicable jurisdiction in the United States.

In other words: continue as scheduled. The World Court has no jurisdiction, and any treaties or other promises granting it jurisdiction are not Constitutional.

I though this was already argued at the Supreme Court level and it was decided the World Court had no jurisdiction over State laws.

Don’t I have as much right to proclaim myself and my drinking buddies the “Super World Court” as they do to proclaim themselves the “World Court”? Having done so, I hereby issue a ruling dissolving the “World Court”.

They’re free to proffer it. We’re free to ignore it. We are not a member. This President refused to sign us up.

How do I love W? Let me count the ways.

The White House put up a test case that was recently decided by the SCOTUS ruling that the World Court has no jurisdiction.

Three cheers for the Bush administrations masterful handling of the situation, and the SCOTUS decision.

The scary part was how close the decision was 6 to 3; meaning three of our SCOTUS judges think U.S. sovereignty is subject to outside jurisdiction.

Texas decides who they will execute..
Texas will tell the “World Court” to go diddle themselves.
Texas will keep to their schedule and kill this POS.

I love Texas!
