Is that the actual rock they are talking about?
I used to know a guy that actually manufactured those things.
He used all kinds of ‘new agey’ symbols plus Old Celtic, Egyptian, Aztec, Olmec, Inca etc. designs.
He just cut the designs out of rubber sheet, pasted it to river rock and sandblasted the heck out of it.
I always thought they were pretty neat. But I never thought they were artifacts of E.T.s

No.
I described how it was actually done.
Doing it with a Dremel tool would take days, and wear out lots of grinding points. With a good sand blaster it takes about five minutes.
Considering how much more advanced alien sandblasting technology must be than ours, you’d probably never be able to tell just by looking at it.
An interesting artifact, certainly.
