Irate parents said a religious education teacher at the Alsager High School in England told students to wear Muslim headgear during a lesson on Tuesday. "But if Muslims were asked to go to church on Sunday and take Holy Communion, there would be war," the grandfather of one of the students said.

I tend to agree with the grandpa mentioned. How about we ask the islamic children to pretend to pray to God and attend a Christian house of worship? There would be riots in every backwater middle eastern country that you could name demanding that England be burned until they bow down.

Ya know, less than an hour ago, I was watching a youtube video of Great Britain during WW2, all played to the sounds of ‘Jerusalem’. And I thought, “What a great country and people they were!”.

I have a better example.

Have a Hasidic Rabbi come in to the school and have the Muslim children learn to pray as the Hasidim do. Have all the Muslim children strap on the prayer boxes (sorry I don’t know the real names) to their arms and forehead and put on the prayer shawl.

I think all of London would be in flames before sun down.

This article was very confusing. The title makes it seem like they were supposed to say Muslim prayers in school (!!!) but in the article it just said they were supposed to wear the silly hats. Well, I’m no fan of Muslim pandering but I really don’t care if my kids tried on hats from other cultures. They wear Indian hats for Thanksgiving, they made African masks once. I wouldn’t care if they wore a sheik hat for something. But that’s VERY different from making them say a Muslim prayer! That would just be insane!

I am shocked too. And now there’s a story about some in that Orwellian sewer shopping around the insanity that kids who don’t like certain foods are “racist”.
