Some excellent investigative reporting and the high standard of analysis we've come to expect from Caroline Glick. As she points out, the current Israeli government will neither enforce the law to reverse Arab incitement and radicalism or to instruct the police to protect the Israeli public. Its not pretty speeches that will prevent future acts of terror. Its action. We can surely expect more Jews to die under this government in the future - since its determined not to learn from the past and move to make the country more secure.

It is amazing how similar the thoughts and behaviors of queasy liberal socialists prove to be everywhere they are found. Sure the sets of local facts and challenges differ in detail, but this is the same kind of imbecilic “thinking” (not really) that has wrecked America’s cities for decades. Why is European civilization in serious decay in the face of the Islamist onslaught? Slovenly socialist ‘idealists’ always think they know better than to deal with reality.

Substitute sloppy wishful thinking for observed reality, tip-toe away from all sensitive issues and interest groups, grovel before ruthless bloodthirsty killers who will destroy civilized society if given the chance.

Liberal socialists everywhere suffer from delusional, foolish naivete and gullibility.

The New York Post version of the orignial story (July 3)shows the photo of civilians with pistols out chasing the front loader. It also quotes the soldier that he borrowed a handgun from a civilian to shoot Dwayat.

Once again, I wish to remind everyone that General Blackjack Pershing effectively ended the Philippine Insurrection by the Muslim Moro pirates with a single act.

He took a group of condemned prisoners to a mass grave where dead pigs had already been thrown in. Some of the prisoners were executed and thrown in the grave with the pigs, and the others were let go to tell their comrades. That was it. That was all he had to do.

Israel should not return the body of the murderous terrorist. Instead they should put it on ice, then start the rumor that he was buried in a grave with a pig. If the response is too dramatic, then release his body to prove it was just a rumor.

Otherwise, if it terrifies Muslim terrorists into non-violence through fear of meeting the same fate, then many lives will be saved.

So why not?
