WOW, what a fun and exciting rally!! 40-50 patriots shows up and the passers by were overwhelmingly positive and enthusiastic!!

OC Vaughn organized a day laborer site rally - Home Depot Westminster, CA - 40 ralliers were assembled at 7:30 am 6/28/08 At approximately 8:30am a male Hispanic, driving, stopped his truck and yelled at assembled ralliers.

He asked "You Minutemen?" No one answered at first, then Kingfish stepped forward and stated "I AM." "You are sick!" The man yelled. "And you, are a little overweight" Kingfish replied.

The man became enraged quickly exited the truck ran around and ran at Kingfish cocking his arm back to punch him. As he did so, Kingfish blocked the punch with his left hand, and punched the goon with his right. He then knocked the goon to the ground in two moves and restrained him until the police arrived. In the struggle, the goon bit Kingfish on the thumb.

Another Minutemen kept people away so a brawl did not start and made sure Kingfish had the goon controlled.

There were counter protesters on site who filmed the assault. The counter protesters presented their footage to officers. Amazingly, they thought the footage would show Kingfish in the wrong. The goon asked that Kingfish be arrested, for assault, however, the police stated the evidence did not indicate that warranted.

The Mexi Goon was arrested. Kingfish was taken the urgent care where he was prescribed antibiotics for the human bite. The left hand was x rayed and a bone contusion was noted, with no fracture.

Kingfish please take good care of that bite wound. My FIL is a retired BP agent, got a similar bite chasing a Mexican National into a sugar cane field one night along the river. He lost use of his finger for quite a while and it still bothers him to this day.
