The Bushes obviously need to find a new church.

Caldwell, leader (of the what used to be the) largest Methodist congregation in the country, launched his “James Dobson Does Not Speak For Me” site a day after Dobson’s Focus on the Family radio program aired a statement charging that Obama distorted the Bible to fit “his own confused theology

fixed it

Do the Bushes really go to this church? They display nothing but white people on every single one of their web pages!!

I thought the Bushes would be more inclusive.

Someone raised the issue recently why the Minister of the Methodist Church they attended (and will attend) in Dallas didn’t perform the wedding.

It was a good question then, and an even better question now.

Kirbyjohn prayed a great prayer at Bush’s inauguration. This is disappointing.

IIRC, the Bush’s attend St. Martins Episcopal Church in Houston.
Caldwell is a Liberal Black with a Moderate reputation and an Ordained Methodist Minister.

Why? Bush is never seen in the company of conservative Christians. I see him surrounded by people who apparently are quite comfortable with his real foundational views (globalist, social liberal etc).

And that should be very troubling to Christians who are still GWB worshippers.
