Besides the issue regarding pac monies being handed out, the US Airforce sure has been screwing up of lately. Nuclear device trigger devices being shipped to S. Korea, armed nuclear cruise missles being flown by mistake to Florida, and now the Boeing verse Grumman tanker deal.
No wonder Gates is a bit peeved.
