What constitutional provisions are there by his or her FIRING by the President? Could a constitutional battle be triggered if Obama tired of her, or worse yet, had been politically threatened by her or worse in her unsatiatable thirst to become Commander in Chief, and attempted to remove her?? Everyone knows she would fight tooth and nail. Probably she would just run against him again in 2012. One wonders.

She'll be almost 70 in 2012 - and while a man can be elected when he's 70 - I doubt a woman could pull that off. Walk into a nursing home and you'll find women in their 70's...
