Picture this.

After a nine-course State Dinner, featuring Grilled Fillet of Beef medallions sided with imported cepes and mushrooms, drizzled with Vin Rouge and Balsamic reduction, and potato cakes and vermeil flatware, gold pintuck silk tablecloths, sprays of white phaeleanopsis orchids with camellia foliage in the historic White House vermeil candelabras in the East Room for visiting Korean President Lee Myung Bak, a chorus of singers from the US Military Forces, top name entertainment, and final speeches and toasts by the heads of state before finishing for the night, President and Mrs. Obama escort Vice President and Mr. Clinton to the North Portico door, seeing them off, and that pair have to leave the White House they once occupied, not able to go upstairs to the family quarters which they feel they so richly deserve, but back to the Naval Observatory quarters. Second Fiddle for a Sociopath.

Could this dysfunctional woman (and man) even go through with that public and private humiliation, event-after-event at the White House, for eight long years?

She would snap, I swear, a corpuscle in her brain would burst from jealousy and anger. I don't think she would be able to contain her envious rage, nor would Bill for that matter. A real "two-fer". It would be one of the most pitiful, but perhaps even dangerous things to view in American history.

This would be the most rocky President-Vice President relationship perhaps in US history.

Also, Freeper Constitutional experts out there: The Vice President is also selected by electors in the Electoral College. What constitutional provisions are there by his or her FIRING by the President? Could a constitutional battle be triggered if Obama tired of her, or worse yet, had been politically threatened by her or worse in her unsatiatable thirst to become Commander in Chief, and attempted to remove her?? Everyone knows she would fight tooth and nail. Probably she would just run against him again in 2012. One wonders.

For Obama's staff and the man himself, they better realllllly think this one through over the weekend.

The VP can only be removed by a formal ratified act of impeachment.

Alone, the President is powerless to do anything of the sort.

I believe that the VP can only be removed from office by a process of impeachment, trial, and conviction similar to what is prescribed for removal of a President.

Probably she would just run against him again in 2012.

She'll be almost 70 in 2012 - and while a man can be elected when he's 70 - I doubt a woman could pull that off. Walk into a nursing home and you'll find women in their 70's...

You are assuming Obama will be President for 8 years, but if he is, I am pretty sure he could pick another VP for his second term.
Heaven forbid any of this transpires

Your so right on the money! She would wig right out.
Bill couldn’t handle it either, no office in the white house to have interns entertain him in .... it would be too much for their egos to handle.
There will be a melt down.

On the upside, if it does happen. The democratic party would damn near disband after 4 years of the shenanigans that would ensue.
