War On Terror: Barack Obama says he'll do everything in his power "to prevent Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon — everything." But what he'll really need is force, something in which he has shown little interest.

Appearing before the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, Obama turned on his trademark charm and garnered a standing ovation from a most hawkish audience by pledging to remove the Iranian nuclear threat and defend Israel.

"The danger from Iran is grave," the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee said Tuesday. "It is real, and my goal will be to eliminate this threat."

Obama promised Israel supporters, "I will do everything in my power to prevent Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon," then repeated for emphasis: ". . . Everything in my power to prevent Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon — everything."

"I will always stand up for Israel's right to defend itself in the United Nations and around the world," he added.

America has come to know how well Obama can work a crowd, but anyone in the room who thought the senator who opposed removing Saddam Hussein was now giving a signal that he would bomb Iran during his first 100 days hasn't been paying attention.

Obama's official foreign policy position, found on his campaign Web site, makes it clear what "everything" means when it comes to Iran. It amounts to "tough, direct presidential diplomacy with Iran without preconditions."

So a couple of weeks ago when Obama was speaking to MOONBATS, he said Iran wasn't a threat. DAMN PANDERING LIAR!

I guess it depends on to what crowd he is talking to. (Typical liberal tactic)

Obama gets standing ovation, I guess some forget what “Never Again” is all about. Obama will talk to Iran and getting rid of Israel will be on the agenda.
