On his Web site, Arrow insisted that in accepting a plea agreement “I am in no way selling my soul just to receive a sweet deal from the prosecution. By this I mean I am not giving them any information about anyone or any thing which could lead to others being prosecuted.” Arrow said he was offered “a deal I couldn't refuse, which takes into account the time I served in Canada.”

I think he needs a little water boarding and other methods of persuasion. I do not understand his lenient sentence if he is not cooperating. Perhaps his message on the website is a ploy. He is a committed enviroMarxist.

The reason he was in jail in Canuckistan was because he was fighting extradition on these charges. Now that he’s wasted all of this time playing Enviro-Hero, he folds and pleads guilty.

I think he should get at least a year for annoying the Courts, and a few more for Interstate Flight to Avoid Prosecution.

If his sentence is comparable to the sentences of the ones last year he should end up getting somewhere between eight and thirteen years minus the four already served.

I believe those sentences were too light and if his is less than that it won’t send much of a message to the terrorist wanabes, the eco fruits and nuts have to be discouraged.

This clown is going to do at least a decade of hard time. There's no 'good time' in the Federal system and the judges in the Great Northwest have had just about enough of these terrorists.

I also think that 'I didn't roll over on anybody' is a load of BS. Once the prosecutors and his attorney explained that this creep was looking at spending the rest of his life in Marion if he didn't cooperate, he sang like a canary.

Watch for more indictments and arrests. It's also highly likely this turd explained their comms in great detail to the Feds.

I’ve heard Waters’ sentencing got pushed back to Monday. Prosecutors are asking for 10 years, defense attorneys are asking for 18 months.
