If you work for a regular company, employees have to sign a non-compete claus and other legal documents promising not to diparage or damage the company and it’s reputation, now or in the future, yada, yada, yada.
Can’t the government get it’s sh*t together and do something similar to prevent these asshats from making a profit off of their positions of trust???

Scott McClellan married Jill Martinez, who also worked at the White House, in 2003. At least one homosexual blog tried to “out” him, alleging that he frequented gay bars in Austin.

Sounds like someone is angling for a job at ABCNNMSNBCBS, emphasis on the BS, especially in this case. Old Scotty boy has a serious case of Gergenitis, which sadly is an uncurable degenerative disease.
That said, you do have to wonder why the Bush WH kept him around so long. I never thought he was particularly effective or strong “voice” of the administration.

Hmmmmm.....last nite watching Mike Allen talk about Scott’s book just brought up the word “GAY” to me.....

You posted that, to imply that even Slick thought Saddam had to be attacked.
One problem: that wasn’t really why Clinton did it then.
... because he knew that three days later would be his impeachment vote, and he needed something to unify and rally support around him, and Iraq was an easy target.
I remember those waning days of ‘98. In the words of former S-O-S Lawrence Eagleburger, the reasons for that attack “stunk to high heaven”.

W picked these people, left clinton’s buddies in all the
depts in DC.
W's history will be one of incompetence and the left will
gain from it. Sad to say He never got it..open borders and illegal immigration came first above all else for him..shaking head while walking away, what could have been with a GOP majority in both houses and a president, what opportunities were lost, a nations future flushed down the drain.

Powell disagreed with W and left.
Ashcroft & Rumsfeld fell on their own swords.
Presidential politics for a GOP president means having to defend your administration against hourly media onslaughts. If a team member keeps drawing flak - you cover his back...and when honorable (Ashcroft & Rumsfeld) they take cover or take the heat.
