The “all carrots approach” is typical for dimocrats. They use the carrots to reward bad behavior and pay for it by taxing (punishing) those who work hard.

The sad thing is, just like other groups, it doesn’t seem to matter that their party is acting in direct opposition to their best interests, and it just doesn’t seem to matter.
