Every now and then something along these lines surface into the public domain. This report is a bit sketchy but it goes along with the nature of the activity.
One can only wonder how many pieces of classified material has been sold to groups that seek nuclear as well as other weapon systems that is very cleverly crafted to appear authentic but in reality is useless.
