A bridal veil is the same as a burkha/hijab now? Do women in the West wear bridal veils that cover all features except their eyes too? Can you end me the picture I asked for insteadof just any picture?
Is this woman forced to wear it the entire day? Is she killed by her brothers/father if she removes it (”honor” killings)? Does she suffer from the +20 degree temperatures (compared to the surrounding temperature; variable) that build up within a full-body black burkha?
The moral equivalence between a woman who chooses to wear a scarf (for appearance and voluntarily) and a woman who is forced, at the pain of death, to wear a hijab is disgusting. The former indicates that women are free to wear what they choose; the latter indicates oppression and a denial of basic freedoms.
