If this guy wants to earn his way into Heaven, why doesn’t he just join a church with an active missions program? Leave the American taxpayer alone for a change. I read somewhere that the United States is the world’s largest provider of food aid, delivering more than $2.1 BILLION to 78 developing countries last year...GWB can’t spend your money fast enough....he’s become a laughing stock and a full blown Socialist. 1. half the money will be consumed by the bureaucrats
2. half of what's left will be stolen
3. half of the rest will be given away, just enough to ruin whatever market local farmers had for their crops causing them to give up and head for refugee centers. I t would be better to just burn the money in the rose garden.

How about applying that money to the border to stop the invasion of your own country?
