Wonder what the cult supporters will say about this.

In your mind, is anyone who is critical of the way the state agency has handled this a “cult supporter?”

Haven't read any post from people critical of the involved state agency, have seen several supporters of the cult using the state agency and the crazy caller to hid behind.

We seem to have quite a few cult supporters right here on Free Republic.

I'm sure many of them will find a way to fault this also.

Personally I think the right thing is being done.

Since the states complaint is that girls are being abused by older men, perhaps they could have started by removing the men. Instead, the burden of guilt seems to be falling on thew victims. Why do they feel they need to rip the mothers and children to shreds, when it’s not them who are accused of anything.

The only weak spot I see is that the person is constantly referred to as the “teenage person”, when in fact that had not been substantiated. Frankly, I am suprised the judge signed off on the warrant.

In any event, so long as those who participated operated in “good faith”, then evidence obtained out of the raid is still useable. Let us hope that some other things (and I can see a couple possibilities) do not cause a higher judge to rule that the agent who filed the affidavit, or who led the investigation, were not operating in good faith.

They are doing as much damage to these kids, in a different way, as criminals who violated them to start with. This goes against all sanity and common sense.

"Instead, the burden of guilt seems to be falling on thew victims." Thudd Pure, undiluted hyperbolic BS. Nice going, bovine. Nice oblique 'mike gallagher' style defense of these deviants (the 'older mother' women facilitating and the men practicing the deviancy). Which are you, genius.

They took the children, all of them, in for questioning. You know, to determine if a crime had been committed.

These older men perhaps they could have started dissappearing into the night with some of the favorite children. Did you read about the cyanide document. Come on now there is a history with these people, and there was a real threat for their safety.

How could you have ensured the safety of the children by removing a few of the old men?

They didn’t have any RIGHT to remove the men, without evidence of which man/men raped which girl. If they arrest them, they have to provide concrete evidence within a short period or they have to release them. And the mothers hand their little girls over to old perverts. That’s illegal, too.

Geeze.

Some of you “due process” people make no sense.

Nonsense, what would have been against sanity and good common sense would have been to just leave them in the compound.

Unless you had a third way of handling things then your argument is without merit.

Man, is that a loaded question, or what?
