Oh, I just had another idea. The parking garage should look like one of the towers. And it should have giant elevators that take cars up and down. Maybe even build a hybrid tower that has every other floor for parking, in between the levels for offices, shopping etc.
LOL nice. A smart move would be to place missile sheilds around these hypothetical structures to guard against Tehran.
