Can anyone explain why TSA staff are wanding McCain for a private flight? And why did I see these same sort of tarmack photos for Mitt Romney but I have never seen such a shot of Obama or Clinton?

Is there REALLY the fear that a major party candidate to be our next President could hijack a plane and do damage?

I don’t see it as a photo op. I saw several different stops worth of these kind of photos of Romney earlier in the campaign.

Seems to me that it should be done BEFORE bringing a candidate onto the tarmack. They are sitting ducks for a sniper out there.

And as we had a highway sniper incident this week (possibly aprehended) it is a legitimate concern.
