Jewish people (who are largely urban) vote no more democratic than urban Roman Catholics (or most urban people, in general).
Jewish people are urban by historical accident, and the need to live in town to walk to shul.
That said, you are surrounded on F.R. by many a Jewish person who is very, very conservative, and many of the leading conservative voices happen to be Jewish:
Jonah Goldberg, Mark Levine, and many, many others.
Be careful with your broad brush.
