What we have learned over this year is that hope is making a comeback. It is making a comeback and let me tell you something, For the first time in my adult lifetime, I am really proud of my country. And not just because Barack has done well, but because I think people are hungry for change. I have been desperate to see our country moving in that direction and just not feeling so alone in my frustration and disappointment. I have seen people who are hungry to be unified around some basic common issues. It has made me proud."
Beware of this couple. He is the nice cop, she is the aggressive one. Both are communists (yes, dare I say it) who will his country the way of Che.
She makes Hillary look like the nice one.
Take HRC and add bitter racism and you've got Michelle Obama. She is the Black Hillary.

This statement may come back to bite her even before they get a chance at a National contest against McCain. This may not site well with some Democrats, even if they are few, that still believe that the USA is still the best country in the world. It will also probably help Hillary with the white vote, as this sounds like reverse bigotry.
I am not really interested in what she has to say, but I assume from the title that, Now that George W. Bush has been president for 7 years, she is finally proud of her country for among other things, liberating 1000’s of Muslim women??

Drudge has it on his front page, Mark Levin is smacking her around right now, and other pundits are going after her. I think she stepped in a steaming pile of Hillary with this comment.
This is absolutely disgusting. What an absolute embarrassment she is! America is the GREATEST country in the world and she hasn't been proud to be a citizen here?

Michelle wasn't proud when President Clinton named the first woman Attorney General, Surgeon General (also Black) and Secretary of State? When Clinton signed the Family and Medical Leave Act? When Clinton vetoed the Partial Birth Abortion bill?
And easy pickings for McCain as well in the debates...
Michelle wasn't proud when President Reagan called for the USSR to "tear down this wall"? When the first Space Shuttle left the pad? When the Olympic Hockey team shocked the world in 1984?
What America does she live in? Inquiring minds want to know. And if political operatives are smart, they will pepper her and Barry with questions about it, because I assure you they will eventually snap.
Her statement will result in a great deal of healthy introspection in this country.

My sentiments exactly...I’m 47, a white male hospice nurse hardly making ends meet and I’m not only proud to serve the elderly in their last days, but proud of my country, the freedoms I’m afforded and I FULLY understand that I’m free.
Of course, I was in the USAF for 10 years and have LIVED first hand in both Europe and Asia and fully understand how lucky ALL Americans are to call the USA our home.
And to think I’m about 1/10000000000th as rich as these two...have about the same amount of fame and power...influence...
