Qassam hits Sderot; 11 people hurt
Rocket fired by Palestinian gunmen in Gaza lands near house in town; Magen David Adom paramedics treat 10 people for shock, one woman sustains mild injuries. Popular Resistance Committees, al-Quds Brigades claim responsibility for attack Shmulik Hadad
At least 10 people suffered shock after a Qassam rocket hit Sderot Monday evening. One woman sustained mild injuries while attempting to take cover.
The rocket landed in a local yard, causing some damage to a nearby building.
The Popular Resistance Committees and Islamic Jihad's military wing, the al-Quds Brigades, claimed responsibility for the Qassam fire.

About half-an-hour later, three rockets landed in open fields in the Sdot Negev Regional Council. No injuries or damage were reported.
The rocket barrages at the western Negev have continued throughout the day. Two Qassams were fired at Sderot at about 5 pm, and one landed near a house in town causing slight damage. Another Qassam landed at approximately the same time in an open field in the Shaar Hanegev Regional Council, causing no injuries or damage.
Two hours earlier, two Qassam rockets fired from the Gaza Strip hit a kibbutz in the Shaar Hanegev Regional Council, one of them exploding near a clinic.
Four residents suffered from shock and were treated to by Magen David Adom paramedics. Another rocket landed at the entrance to the kibbutz.
Earlier, two additional rockets landed in the Sdot Negev Regional Council. There were no reports of injuries or damage.
The al-Quds Brigades, the Islamic Jihad's military wing, claimed responsibility for firing the rockets.

“A MLS rocket would be more effective if you didnt want pinpoint accuracy”
What’s the point of drawing Realtors into the fray?
Bump that!
for later
How odd they would keep firing after the U.N. called for a cease fire....
How could they tell the difference?
The problem is they launch from next to day-care centers and the like, hoping that the retaliation strikes kill some kids so they can whip up international outrage against Israel.
I still say Israel would be better off if it just kicked everyone out of Gaza and was done with it. We wouldn’t put up with this for more than a day.
I think the goal of Hamas is to destroy the state of Israel and annihilate the Jews in the process. The carnage that they love is a means to that end.
Just have the IDF return their captured missiles and shells to them via air express! Allahu fubar!
A UN resolution should take care of this right quick...
*Crickets*
There will be international outrage against Israel no matter what. When will Israel understand that?
I wonder if they can spray paint “Allahu Akbar” on the qassams before they return to sender?
Allahu fubar would be more appropriate. An aerosolized pork bomb gouing off in a ROP town would be a good thing..

Re your photo of the Snail and the Qassam. I knew the French would be in there somewhere!
Just like another day in DC, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Detroit, St. Louis, Kansas City, etc.
Thats exactly what Hamas wants. The will never acknowledge Israel.
My plan is to set up defense weapons systems such that a barrage of rockets level 3 city blocks around EVERY launch site from this point forward.
Israel should notify the world via the U.N. and drop leaflets onto Gazans...
“We’ve created a fully mechanized defensive net in which a series of rocket strikes will retaliate for every weapon launched into Israel from Gaza and elsewhere. They are un-manned and from this point forward out of our control. They are set off by offesnive strikes INTO Israel.”
Bet they’d stop!
If they didn’t...up the ante. Double it to 6 city blocks and so forth.
